Job Description Income Maximisation Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Income Maximisation Officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our property portfolio and maximizing rental income.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate waiting lists for non-residential units, ensuring efficient allocation and occupancy.
  • Oversee and monitor the performance of contractors responsible for parking enforcement, garage repairs, and shed maintenance, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Manage an effective empty property management and letting service for a diverse range of properties, including residential units, garages, sheds, allocated parking bays, cycle stores, and converted laundry spaces. Your focus will be on minimizing vacancy periods and maximizing rental income through proactive marketing and tenant acquisition strategies.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Experience in property management or a related field is highly desirable.

Working Hours

This position offers a full-time schedule of 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
