Patient Care Coordinator

This is an excellent opportunity to become a part of a dynamic environment at the University of Bristol, where we are enhancing our operational framework. The position entails overseeing student patient appointments, which includes scheduling and managing waiting lists.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will:
- Oversee the complete patient appointment process, from registering referrals in the patient administration system to scheduling appointments and managing the student patient waiting list in accordance with established booking protocols.
- Act as the primary contact for patients, students, nursing staff, and other administrative personnel regarding clinic coordination, waiting list management, and patient bookings.

- Possess adaptability and the capability to provide high-quality, efficient clinical administrative support.
- Have proficient computer skills, including email communication and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (comprehensive training will be provided on specific systems).

- Experience in patient administration within the NHS or a comparable dental environment, although training and support will be offered.
