Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. Key Responsibilities
  • Frontline Patient Care: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for patients, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
