As a Patient Care Coordinator, your mission is to ensure our patients feel valued from the moment they arrive at our clinics. You will often be the first point of contact for our patients. Each day will present new challenges, but your primary responsibilities will include:

Cultivating relationships with patients and ensuring consistent communication before and after their treatments Assisting in patient consultations Utilizing advanced equipment to perform eye scans as part of comprehensive health assessments Aiding patients in completing health questionnaires Introducing patients to their optometrists Coordinating treatment schedules Discussing financial options Diligently maintaining patient records
