Technical Support Specialist - Renewable Energy Sector

  • An analytical thinker with robust SQL capabilities
  • Prior experience in a technical support role (Experience in the renewable energy sector is advantageous)
  • Familiarity with Azure
  • Experience in Python scripting is beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills and a willingness to engage directly with users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering first-line technical support to users of proprietary software and desktop applications.
  • Assessing and resolving relevant support tickets.
  • Escalating issues to higher support tiers when necessary.
  • Streamlining tasks through automation using Python.
  • Providing support to approximately 1000 users (typically a smaller number actively requiring assistance).
