New Business Development Manager Opportunity

Cloud 9 Recruitment is working with a well-established, award-winning packaging solutions company to find a talented New Business Development Manager for the Anglia region.

This is a home-based 100% new business role where you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities within your territory.

We are looking for experienced sales professionals with strong negotiation and closing skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in the packaging industry.
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and revenue.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Support the development and implementation of sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective marketing campaigns.
  • Negotiate and close new business deals.
  • Provide regular sales activity and wins reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Work closely with the finance team to implement a cost-to-serve model.
  • Comply with company values and policies.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a field sales environment.
  • Proven track record of new business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the packaging industry and its trends.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
