Job Opportunity: Pediatric Nurse Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Children's nurse to undertake the role of a Band 6 Sister/ Charge Nurse on Ward 21, our acute inpatient unit at Walsall Manor Hospital.

About the Role
  • Assist the senior sister in the leadership and management of ward 21.
  • Coordinate the unit, ensuring patient safety and patient flow.
  • Lead and support the nursing team in delivering high-quality patient care.
Requirements
  • Significant experience of working as a band 5 pediatric nurse in an acute setting.
  • Confidence and competence to lead and support the nursing team.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and take charge of the ward on a daily basis.
