RSM is seeking a seasoned Senior Consultant with a focus on Reactive Investigations. Our Consulting division integrates various teams across Transactions, Risk & Consulting, ABA, and Outsourcing, delivering tailored solutions designed for our clients in the middle market.

Our Consulting team plays a crucial role in driving the firm's expansion, comprising over 1,700 professionals who contribute nearly £200m in revenue. The essence of our Consulting services lies in six key areas: business transformation, deal services, finance function support, risk and governance, forensic and investigative services, and restructuring.

Primary Objective of the Role

The primary aim of this position is to spearhead reactive assignments for a varied client portfolio, concentrating on the execution of investigations and associated tasks. This role necessitates the ability to work autonomously or collaboratively in teams, depending on project demands. As a client-facing position, it is vital to embody RSM's values and professionalism as a reliable fraud advisor. The ideal candidate will possess a background in criminal investigations, with a specialization in fraud and financial crime, and demonstrate a strong interest in engaging with diverse clients and projects. Key responsibilities include delivering investigation services and supporting clients during fraud incidents while complying with applicable legislation.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Consultant will maintain RSM's service excellence by ensuring the prompt execution of fraud investigations, preparing comprehensive case files, presenting cases in judicial settings, and offering client support as necessary. A strong commercial acumen is essential for efficient and budget-conscious work delivery. Responsibilities also encompass defining personal objectives, developing a career advancement plan, and achieving performance benchmarks. Work must align with Fraud Risk Services SOPs, RSM policies, and regulatory standards.

This role entails conducting reactive investigations into fraud cases, presenting findings during client meetings, and potentially leading projects or team initiatives. Travel to client sites is anticipated, requiring flexibility from the individual in this role.

Qualifications
