Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and Directing Visitors: Greet visitors to the building and direct them to their destination in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Logging and Tracking: Log visitors and contractors into and out of the building, and provide visitor passes as required.
  • Foyer Maintenance: Ensure the foyer is always clean and well-presented, maintaining a high level of tidiness and organization.
  • Parcel and Delivery Management: Handle and store incoming parcels, tracking them accordingly, and handle incoming deliveries, notifying relevant team members as needed.
  • Security Liaison: Liaise positively with security staff, updating them on any potential issues or concerns.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the property team, including booking cleaners for apartment turnarounds, attending to residents' queries, logging residents' utility readings, and communicating access requirements to residents.
  • Team Collaboration: Work positively and proactively with the team to minimize complaints, providing support to other sites in the Midlands area as needed.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Skills: Possess excellent customer service skills, with the ability to listen and communicate effectively with colleagues, visitors, and tenants.
  • Administrative Experience: Have proficiency in office software, including emails and data entry, and knowledge of basic stock control and ordering.
  • Health and Safety: Have knowledge of basic Health & Safety matters and be willing to undergo training as required.
  • Initiative and Organization: Be able to use your own initiative to identify and prioritize tasks, and have good organizational skills to ensure all daily tasks are completed and records kept correctly.
