About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Yoke, a leading recruitment marketing agency in London. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media marketing strategies to enhance recruitment efforts and employer branding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and others, to ensure consistent and aligned content with client content calendars.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns, including budget management, targeting, and performance analysis.
  • Write and edit compelling on-brand copy for social media posts, ensuring consistency in tone and messaging across all platforms.
  • Ensure all social media content adheres to each client's brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent voice and visual identity.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics using tools such as Hootsuite, providing regular reports and insights to the marketing team.
  • Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to align social media strategies with broader marketing goals.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, recommending new strategies to improve our social media presence.
Requirements
  • Experience managing social media accounts across multiple platforms with in-depth understanding of each platform's paid targeting options.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in adhering to brand guidelines and reviewing content for accuracy and consistency.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to create engaging content tailored to different audiences.
  • Familiarity with social media management tool Hootsuite and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
  • A creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative social media content.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
