Role Responsibilities:

As we continue to grow, we are enhancing our marketing capabilities to support this expansion, working closely with our sales teams.

We seek an intellectually curious and persuasive writer to manage and enhance our content across key marketing platforms, including our blog and social media. This role will focus on effectively communicating our value proposition to prospective clients.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with our marketing and business development teams, as well as our consultants, to transform their insights into engaging written content. Responsibilities include:

  • Owning the content strategy for our website and social media platforms.
  • Supporting targeted marketing campaigns aimed at specific audiences.

The Content Writer should:

  • Exhibit a strong ambition for Public Digital and our brand identity.
  • Possess a passion for writing and collaborating with designers to enhance the impact of their work.
  • Demonstrate intellectual curiosity about our operations to effectively market our services.
  • Understand the principles of effective content design, prioritizing user needs in communication strategies.
  • Master the Public Digital tone of voice, producing clear, concise, and compelling copy that simplifies complex ideas.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently and independently.
  • Show strong stakeholder management skills, adapting to the needs of our consultants and providing writing support as a service.

What You Will Achieve:

  • Create exceptional content that promotes our ideas, fosters relationships with senior leaders, and generates business opportunities.
  • Oversee the content workflow from ideation through collaboration with consultants to final approval and publication.
  • Take ownership of all outward-facing content for Public Digital across marketing channels, particularly on our website and social media.
  • Work with marketing, sales, and consultancy teams to design and implement integrated marketing campaigns that attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Contribute to a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement within the marketing team, utilizing data to enhance content production and publication.

Essential Experience:

Candidates should have:

  • Experience as a copywriter or content specialist within a marketing context.
  • Proficiency in managing social media accounts and cultivating an audience.
  • A track record of translating complex ideas into clear and engaging narratives.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating intricate concepts clearly to diverse audiences, including senior leaders.
  • A foundational understanding of content design principles.
  • A genuine passion for crafting high-quality written content.

Compensation:

This position offers a competitive day rate of £300.
