About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Support Specialist to join our team at Methods Business and Digital Technology. As a key member of our Delivery, Support and Assurance Team, you will play a critical role in supporting our project managers to deliver projects for external or internal clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Set Up and Administration: Ensure accurate set up of projects and project budgets, assuring the accuracy of the information received for project set up.
  • Support Project Managers: Support project and delivery managers through the month end process, ensuring accurate billing and financial reports.
  • Case Management: Manage cases coming in through our ticketing system, ensuring that no cases go outside of SLAs set by the business and are addressed in full.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Management: Ensure that all project documentation is accurate and saved in the knowledge management system where it can be audited, reviewed and re-used.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide reports to PM's, finance, and clients that support reporting internally and externally to the portfolio directors and finance.
  • Security and Compliance: Responsible for the capture and storage of relevant project documentation and artefacts in the knowledge management system and/or Salesforce, ensuring security, integrity and confidentiality of data.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience working in PMO admin/support.
  • Technical Skills: Highly proficient in the use of Excel and project management tools, experience of Salesforce.
  • Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated ability to successfully influence multiple stakeholders, strong organisational and time management skills.
