About the Role

Kurt Geiger is a leading luxury footwear and accessories brand that values diversity, creativity, and kindness. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Buying Admin Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Raise purchase orders, maintain and update product information, and ensure accuracy on our systems.
  • Set up and update product lists, manage critical deadlines, and work with buyers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage the department's critical path, collaborate with buyers to ensure accurate delivery dates, and maintain relationships with suppliers.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, invoicing, and managing post and parcels.
  • Manage department samples, including sample storage, requests, and feedback to suppliers.
  • Support the team in preparing for range meetings, including sample pulling and organizing sign-off documents.
  • Support junior buyers with approvals, product storage, lab dips, yarn dips, and bulk submissions.
  • Conduct market research, develop knowledge of current trends, and provide feedback to the team.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a buying administration role (placement year or internship experience considered).
  • Passion for gaining experience and developing a career in buying.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Proactive, hard-working, and excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and highly organized.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively.
