Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Ensure all candidate files are complete and compliant with our company's policies and procedures.
- Write engaging job advertisements and develop creative strategies to attract top talent.
- Run background checks and ensure they are completed in a timely manner.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding duties for candidates, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Carry out right-to-work checks on placed candidates.
- Respond to candidate queries and provide timely updates.
- Ensure active and inactive candidates are accurately filed within our internal systems.
- Archive candidates who are no longer seeking employment.
- Sourcing and Recruitment
- Build a bank of relevant candidates for our team, aligned with live and future roles.
- Resource active and passive candidates using job boards and social media for live and future requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
- Be enthusiastic about learning and developing knowledge at all times.
- Be aware of team targets and strive to assist in hitting and exceeding these.
- Book relevant candidates for registrations, ensuring a mix of passive and active candidates.
- Speak to relevant candidates about roles and provide a shortlist to the team with their consent.
- Minimum 6 months of office administration or coordination experience, preferably in a recruitment, HR, sales, or customer service environment.
- Strong MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Previous experience leading onboarding and offboarding duties.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks with ease.
- Confidence in dealing with individuals at various levels of seniority.
- Naturally organized and flexible in leading a busy and variable workload.
- Able to think creatively and resourcefully when solving challenges.
- Professional yet warm communication style.
- Excellent written and interpersonal skills, as well as numerical ability.
- Previous CRM experience is highly desirable.
