About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Buyer/Procurement Specialist to join our team at Kurt Geiger. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage comprehensive product collections that meet customer and outlet market demands, staying up-to-date with current and forthcoming fashion trends.
  • Conduct thorough market research to ensure our product proposition remains competitive across key areas: fashion trend, price, quality, and availability.
  • Identify and propose new product opportunities within the branded market to optimize sales and continuously review the brand portfolio.
  • Manage accurate delivery schedules, addressing any late deliveries through cancellation or negotiating suitable discounts.
Requirements
  • Proven buying experience in an outlet or premium/luxury brand environment.
  • Ability to drive the brand forward and contribute to its growth.
