About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist to lead the experimentation strategy across 3-5 client accounts.

You will work closely with our team to deliver a strategy that spans insight, test ideation, test completion, and analysis.

As a key point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for setting the agenda, creating and managing a testing strategy, and delivering results that drive long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a testing strategy that aligns with our clients' goals and objectives.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to identify areas for improvement and create data-backed test hypotheses.
  • Analyse and evaluate experiments to report on results and devise iterations to drive the testing strategy.
  • Prioritise insights and testing strategy to help our clients achieve their goals and deliver ROI.
  • Lead client relationships and work closely with our team to deliver results that meet our clients' expectations.
  • Support and mentor junior team members to help them develop their skills and expertise.
  • Collaborate with our consulting team to provide feedback on strategy and contribute to brainstorms for client tests.

  • Proven experience in conversion rate optimisation and experimentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
