Position Overview

We are pleased to announce an opportunity for two Patient Safety Advocates to become integral members of our team at The London Clinic. This role is designed as a part-time commitment, requiring a total of 30 hours each month, with flexible working arrangements available.

Key Responsibilities

The Patient Safety Advocates will be responsible for:

  • Participating in various committees including the Quality and Performance Committee and the Patient Experience Committee.
  • Contributing to the 15-Step service assessments to ensure that the perspectives of patients are adequately represented.
  • Serving as a consultant and supportive ally to the hospital in the formulation and execution of patient safety and experience policies.
  • Ensuring that the voices and needs of patients, families, and caregivers are effectively integrated into committee discussions, providing essential feedback to guide organizational improvements.
  • Engaging with other Patient Safety Advocates across both private and public healthcare sectors to share insights and best practices.
