We are pleased to announce an opportunity for two Patient Safety Advocates to become part of our dedicated team. This role is designed to be flexible, allowing for hybrid and part-time work arrangements, with a commitment of 30 hours each month. The compensation for this position is set at £7500 annually for the specified hours.

Key Responsibilities

The Patient Safety Advocate will play a vital role in:

  • Participating in various committees focused on Quality and Performance, Patient Experience, and Quality Improvement.
  • Conducting 15-Step service assessments to ensure that the perspectives of patients are adequately represented.
  • Providing guidance and support in the formulation and implementation of patient safety and experience policies.
  • Advocating for the needs of patients, families, and caregivers within committee discussions to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Engaging with fellow Patient Safety Advocates across both private and public healthcare sectors.
