Patient Safety Advocate

We are pleased to announce an opportunity for two Patient Safety Advocates to become part of our dedicated team. This role is designed to be flexible, allowing for hybrid and part-time work arrangements, with a commitment of 30 hours each month. The compensation for this position is set at £7500 annually for the specified hours.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe Patient Safety Advocate will play a vital role in:
- Participating in various committees focused on Quality and Performance, Patient Experience, and Quality Improvement.
- Conducting 15-Step service assessments to ensure that the perspectives of patients are adequately represented.
- Providing guidance and support in the formulation and implementation of patient safety and experience policies.
- Advocating for the needs of patients, families, and caregivers within committee discussions to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Engaging with fellow Patient Safety Advocates across both private and public healthcare sectors.
