Patient Safety Advocate

Exciting Opportunity: We are seeking two dedicated Patient Safety Partners to join our esteemed organization. This role offers a flexible, hybrid, and part-time commitment, requiring a total of 30 hours each month. The annual remuneration for this position is set at £7500 for the specified hours.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate actively in various committees focused on quality and performance, patient experience, and quality improvement.
- Assist in conducting 15-Step service assessments to ensure that the perspectives of patients are fairly represented.
- Serve as a consultant and supportive ally to the organization in formulating and implementing patient safety and experience policies.
- Ensure that the voices and needs of patients, families, and caregivers are integrated into committee discussions, providing essential feedback to guide organizational changes.
- Engage and collaborate with other Patient Safety Partners across both private and public healthcare sectors.
