We are seeking two dedicated Patient Safety Advocates to enhance our commitment to quality care within the NHS. This role is designed as a part-time, flexible opportunity, requiring a total of 30 hours each month.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Participate actively in various committees focused on quality and performance, ensuring that patient perspectives are integral to discussions.
  2. Facilitate 15-Step service evaluations to ensure that the voices of patients are represented and valued.
  3. Provide expert advice and constructive feedback to the organization in the formulation and implementation of patient safety and experience policies.
  4. Champion the needs and concerns of patients, families, and caregivers in committee meetings, fostering a culture of accountability and transparency.
  5. Engage and collaborate with other Patient Safety Advocates across both private and public healthcare sectors.
