We are pleased to announce an opportunity for two Patient Safety Advocates to become part of our dedicated team at NHS. This role is designed as a fixed-term position, allowing for flexible, hybrid, and part-time work arrangements. A commitment of 30 hours each month is required, with a competitive remuneration package.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Patient Safety Advocate, your contributions will include:
- Active participation in the NHS Quality and Performance Committee, Patient Experience Committee, and other relevant oversight committees.
- Facilitating 15-Step service assessments to ensure that the perspectives of patients are accurately represented.
- Providing advisory support to the organization in the formulation and execution of patient safety and experience policies.
- Ensuring that the voices and needs of patients, families, and caregivers are integrated into committee discussions, fostering a culture of accountability and transparency.
- Engaging with fellow Patient Safety Advocates across both public and private healthcare sectors.
