Role Overview

As a Senior Repairs Officer, you will oversee the execution of responsive repairs and incident management, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met. Your role will involve:

  • Monitoring the performance of repair services and ensuring compliance with established standards.
  • Implementing effective recovery plans and communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Driving improvements in customer experience and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will:

  • Lead the oversight of responsive repairs across various domains, including electrical and fire safety systems.
  • Support the senior repairs team during peak periods and incidents.
  • Ensure that all contract obligations are fulfilled according to performance frameworks.
  • Collaborate with the Contracts Manager to develop and review repair policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and report on repair contracts, ensuring adherence to service level agreements.
  • Maintain accurate records and data integrity related to repairs and compliance.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to provide guidance and support.

  • Relevant qualifications in fire safety or electrical systems.
  • A strong background in managing responsive repairs for diverse property portfolios.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A results-oriented mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with relevant management systems.
