Position Overview
We are excited to present an opportunity for a Facilities Coordinator to ensure that our residential properties, furnishings, and equipment are maintained in optimal condition through systematic upkeep and daily repairs, including cleaning, painting, and plumbing tasks.

Role Responsibilities
The Facilities Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring that all aspects of the facility, including the structure, furnishings, and equipment, are maintained to a high standard. Key responsibilities include:
  • Implementing and adhering to a planned maintenance schedule
  • Identifying and addressing necessary repairs
  • Overseeing the completion of maintenance tasks, either personally or through contractors
  • Coordinating the collection and delivery of items, including repair supplies and furniture
Candidate Profile
