About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Supervisor to join our team at School Improvement Liverpool. As a Facilities Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our school facilities, including classrooms, corridors, and other areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the work of cleaning staff to ensure that all areas of the school are cleaned to a high standard.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and rotas to ensure that all areas of the school are cleaned regularly.
- Monitor and maintain the condition of school facilities, including reporting any maintenance issues to the relevant authorities.
- Ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are stored and used safely and efficiently.
- Work closely with other members of the school team to ensure that the school is maintained to a high standard.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a facilities or cleaning role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical fitness to perform the demands of the role.
