About the Role:
Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled Facilities Coordinator to join their team. As a key member of the facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of clients and a team of engineers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for clients and engineers.
- Utilize CAFM Helpdesk systems to log and track requests, generate orders for the team or subcontractors, and maintain accurate records.
- Handle administrative tasks to ensure smooth delivery of services, respond to customer service queries, and address complaints in a timely manner.
- Monitor and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across the team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary actions.
- Prepare and submit weekly reports to stakeholders, ensuring clients are satisfied and management is informed.
Requirements:
- Relevant engineering qualification.
- Previous experience in facilities management, preferably in the M&E area.
- Proficiency in CAFM systems.
