We are seeking a skilled and experienced Repairs Administrator to join our team at James Andrew Recruitment Solutions (JAR Solutions). As a Repairs Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's housing repairs service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Repair Scheduling: Schedule repairs with trade operatives, ensuring that all necessary information is logged onto in-house systems.
  • Diary Management: Manage diaries for trade operatives, ensuring that they are aware of their schedules and any changes.
  • Complaint Handling: Deal with any incoming complaints and pass them onto relevant departments.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a phone-based customer service role, with a strong background in scheduling repairs and liaising with contractors.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: £26,000 per annum, plus 20 days annual leave.
