As a Responsive Repairs Coordinator, you will deliver a high-quality, professional, and customer-centric service regarding property repairs and maintenance, ensuring that both customer expectations and key performance indicators are met.

Location: Liverpool waterfront

Salary: £23,920 Per Annum - Maternity Cover

Main Responsibilities of the Responsive Repairs Coordinator:

  • Adopt a proactive approach to customer service, taking ownership of each interaction and ensuring an exceptional customer experience by coordinating with colleagues and contractors to gather necessary information and schedule appointments.
  • Act as the initial point of contact for all repair inquiries.
  • Organize engineers for both scheduled maintenance and urgent repairs.
  • Oversee the completion of assigned tasks and collaborate with operatives to reschedule as needed.
  • Address issues and complaints, escalating them through the appropriate channels when necessary.
  • Ensure the efficient management of operatives' schedules to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Perform general administrative tasks associated with the role and provide support to colleagues in other departments as required.
  • Contribute to the organization's commitment to continuous improvement in customer service.

Essential Skills & Competencies:

  • Experience with ICT systems, including housing management and CRM software, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Able to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Highly organized and a collaborative team player.
  • Experience in domestic gas administration is desirable.
