We are seeking a skilled Repairs Surveyor to join our team at Onward, a leading provider of housing repairs services. As a Repairs Surveyor, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our service maintains high standards and contributes to our neighborhood improvement plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Conduct thorough property inspections to ensure compliance with letting standards
    • Respond to customer inquiries and provide face-to-face support
    • Engage with customers to gather feedback and suggestions for improvement
    • Resolve customer issues related to contractor performance
    • Provide expert advice on home maintenance and related matters
  • Contract Management
    • Conduct property defect and repair inspections
    • Assign orders to contractors, prioritize tasks, and estimate costs
    • Ensure work quality standards are met and manage projects efficiently
    • Monitor budget expenditure and propose cost-effective solutions
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and contractual guidelines
