Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Responsive Repairs Coordinator to join our team at Prima Group. As a key member of our customer services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide a high-quality, professional, and responsive front-line customer-focused service relating to property repairs and maintenance.
  • Repair Scheduling: Schedule engineers for both planned servicing works and responsive repairs, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Problem Resolution: Deal with problems and complaints, escalating issues through the correct channels when necessary.
  • Operative Management: Monitor the completion of allocated jobs and work with operatives to reschedule when appropriate, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Administrative Support: Carry out general administrative duties required as part of the role and support colleagues in other teams as needed.
Requirements
  • Self-Starting: Be self-motivated and proactive in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, engineers, and management.
  • Organizational Skills: Be highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Possess analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Technical Skills: Have experience using ICT systems, including housing management and CRM systems, as well as Microsoft Office software.
