Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Repairs Administrator to join our team at James Andrew Recruitment Solutions (JAR Solutions). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for scheduling repairs, liaising with contractors, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair Scheduling: Take calls from clients regarding required repairs and schedule for trade operatives to complete the repairs.
- Customer Service: Answer any client or operative queries regarding works and provide timely resolutions.
- Diary Management: Manage diaries for trade operatives and ensure information regarding repairs work is logged onto in-house systems.
- Complaint Handling: Deal with any incoming complaints and pass onto relevant departments.
Requirements:
- Experience: Experience in a phone-based customer service role and experience booking in repairs/property works is desirable.
- Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm.
