Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales and Business Growth Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and referrals.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers via regular communication and in-person meetings.
  • Provide customers with quotations and product information.
  • Negotiate the terms of sales agreements and close sales.
  • Coordinate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Update and maintain accurate records in the company's CRM system.

Requirements

  • Sales qualification, or time served to demonstrate experience.
  • Significant experience in a highly technical B2B environment.
  • Experience working in an environment aligned to the technical aspects of this role.
  • Experience working successfully within a performance measured CRM based sales environment.
  • Full clean driving license for use in the UK.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in a relevant scientific, technical, engineering discipline.
  • Project Management qualification such as Prince2, Six Sigma, CAPM, PMP, or equivalent.
  • Customer Service qualification such as NVQ, Practitioner, Institute of Customer Service, or equivalent.
  • Experience with budgeting and sales forecasting.
  • Proven track record of delivering Customer Service Excellence.
