Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Account Manager to join our team at Aspire Personnel Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional sales and account management services to our clients in the medical equipment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver winning bids and contracts, and ensure seamless execution and maintenance of these agreements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Continuously develop and improve sales, account management, and customer service skills to drive business success.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales and account management experience in the medical equipment industry, with a focus on Key Account Management in the Vitro Diagnostics sector.
  • Strong understanding of NHS networks and approaches to procurement, as well as complex data analysis and forecasting sales.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Formal sales and/or account management training, with a degree in Life Sciences or equivalent.
