About the Role
The Financial Operations Specialist will be responsible for a wide range of duties including:
- Monitoring the accounts inbox and managing financial transactions and records
- Inputting invoices onto SAP and creating, sending, and following up on invoices
- Producing driver timesheets and general administration
- Supporting with H&S and managing supplier portals for orders
- Collecting and entering data for various financial spreadsheets
- Assisting senior staff members with various tasks
Requirements
A successful Financial Operations Specialist should have:
- Previous strong finance administration experience
- High attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Able to work well in a team and support wider team when required
- Excellent organisational abilities and a professional attitude to work
