About the Role

The Financial Operations Specialist will be responsible for a wide range of duties including:

  • Monitoring the accounts inbox and managing financial transactions and records
  • Inputting invoices onto SAP and creating, sending, and following up on invoices
  • Producing driver timesheets and general administration
  • Supporting with H&S and managing supplier portals for orders
  • Collecting and entering data for various financial spreadsheets
  • Assisting senior staff members with various tasks

Requirements

A successful Financial Operations Specialist should have:

  • Previous strong finance administration experience
  • High attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Able to work well in a team and support wider team when required
  • Excellent organisational abilities and a professional attitude to work
