Accounts and HR Administrator

We are a friendly logistics company based in Upper Heyford, Bicester, nestled within the historic Upper Heyford airbase and we're looking for someone to join our existing team.
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years experience in a finance and admin position, an eye for detail, and a pro active approach to work who wants a career in finance/accounting. (AAT level 2 would be an advantage, but not essential.)
We can offer study support (AAT) and excellent opportunities to develop and grow within our business.
This roll is very varied across all area of the business and is not just limited to finance and as such will give you a great learning opportunity. We will train you in any elements of the roll you have not done before. The roll involves tasks such as:
- Basic Accounting
- Entering invoices
- Credit control
- Process expenses within agreed deadlines
- Month end reconciliations
- Monitoring the accounts inbox
- Payroll and basic HR support
- General administration
