Finance Administrator

We are a friendly logistics company based in Upper Heyford, Bicester, nestled within the historic Upper Heyford airbase and we're looking for someone to join our existing team.
Your background should feature experience in an office setting, showcasing strong accounts and administrative skills and attention to detail.
Previous involvement in transactional accounts or admin role is a must, although we'll provide full training. AAT level 2 would be an advantage.
This role encompasses a blend of accounting, payroll, and admin providing you with the opportunity to gain expertise across all areas of our business.
The role
- Entering invoices
- Credit control
- Process expenses within agreed deadlines
- Month end reconciliations
- Allocation of payments
- Monitoring the accounts inbox
- Payroll and HR support
- General administration
