The role of Finance Administrator at Page Personnel Sales offers a stable and permanent position in Upper Heyford, with the opportunity to work in a growing company with a busy team.

We are seeking an individual with previous finance administration experience, high attention to detail, and Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel.

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring account inboxes, managing financial transactions and records, inputting invoices onto SAP, producing driver timesheets, general administration, supporting with H&S, and managing supplier portals for orders.

You will also collect and enter data for financial spreadsheets, working closely with the team to achieve excellent customer satisfaction.

Key qualifications include:

  • Previous finance administration experience
  • High attention to detail
  • Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel
