Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Sodexo. As a key member of our site operations team, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to the management team, including preparing and organizing documents, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Reviewing and reconciling accounts, processing payments to external partners, and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts.
  • Ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner to support the site's needs.
  • Raising purchase orders, processing supplier invoices and credit notes, and running various reports and analysis as requested.

Requirements:

  • Excellent team ethos and superb inter-communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and remain calm under pressure.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally finance admin, bookkeeper, or experience in a related field.
