Support Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at SeeAbility. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with autism and learning disabilities to live independent and fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide daily support to individuals with autism and learning disabilities, including assistance with personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
- Develop and implement personalized support plans to promote independence, confidence, and well-being.
- Engage in activities and outings with individuals, such as swimming, cinema, and shopping, to promote socialization and enjoyment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support and care.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and understanding.
- Experience working with individuals with autism and learning disabilities.
- Ability to drive and hold a full UK manual driving license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to supporting individuals with complex needs.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
