Female Support Worker Role

About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Female Support Worker to join our team at SeeAbility. As a Female Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting women with various health conditions, including acquired brain injury, stroke, and other physical disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide daily care and support to our service users, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
* Build meaningful relationships with our service users and their families, understanding their needs and preferences.
* Assist with personal goals, such as daily activities and long-term aspirations, and encourage creative exploration.
* Support social engagement, including activities like holidays, social events, and hobbies.
* Ensure that our service users and their families are treated with respect, dignity, and equality.
