About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Youth Support Worker to join our residential home team in Bicester, Oxfordshire. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting the management team and ensuring the well-being and safety of our young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the management team in directing roles and responsibilities to support workers
  • Monitor children and young people's behaviour, safety, and well-being
  • Lead by example, uphold standards, and ensure safeguarding underpins all decisions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year's experience working with children and young people in a residential setting
  • QCF Level 3 Residential Childcare or equivalent
  • Commitment to working a shift pattern including sleep-in duties and overtime
  • Full UK driving licence
