About the Role

As a Female Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing daily care and support to our service users, including assistance with personal care, meal preparation, and medication. You will also be involved in building relationships, empowering independence, and promoting social engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily Care and Support: Assist with personal care, meal preparation, medication, and other daily tasks.
  • Building Relationships: Get to know the people you support, understand their needs, and help them live life on their own terms.
  • Empowering Independence: Assist with personal goals, from daily activities to long-term aspirations, and encourage creative exploration.
  • Social Engagement: Support activities like holidays, social events, and hobbies, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to enjoy what they love.
  • Respect and Dignity: Ensure that the individuals and their families are treated with the utmost respect, dignity, and equality.
