Female Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated Female Support Worker to join our team at SeeAbility, a leading disability charity with over 225 years of experience.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary of £25,350 per annum (plus benefits) and a shift rota basis.
Job Responsibilities- Daily Care & Support: Providing personal care, meal preparation, medication, and daily tasks to individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
- Building Relationships: Developing strong relationships with individuals, understanding their needs, and supporting them in living life on their own terms.
- Empowering Independence: Assisting with personal goals, from daily activities to long-term aspirations, and encouraging creative exploration.
- Social Engagement: Supporting activities like holidays, social events, and hobbies, ensuring everyone can enjoy what they love doing.
You will be working with a diverse group of individuals, including John, Josh, Jess, and Joe, each with unique interests and abilities.
