About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing daily care and support to individuals, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Building strong relationships with the people we support, understanding their needs and preferences, and helping them live life on their own terms.
  • Assisting with personal goals, from daily activities to long-term aspirations, and encouraging creative exploration.
  • Social engagement: supporting activities like holidays, social events, and hobbies, ensuring everyone can enjoy what they love doing.
  • Respect and dignity: ensuring that the individuals and their families are treated with the utmost respect, dignity, and equality.
