Key Responsibilities Include:

• Providing emotional support and guidance to individuals to help them make informed decisions about their lives.
• Developing and implementing individualised plans to support individuals in achieving their goals.
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to relevant stakeholders.

Benefits Package

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package that includes:

• A salary range of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
• Up to 33 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays - Option to buy additional days.
