Main Duties of the Job
About You
You are a passionate qualified Social Worker looking for a new challenge working with a creative, flexible, confident, and ambitious team? As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting individuals in achieving their goals and promoting their wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Providing emotional support and guidance to individuals to help them make informed decisions about their lives.
- Developing and implementing individualised plans to support individuals in achieving their goals.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to relevant stakeholders.
Benefits Package
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package that includes:
- A salary range of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
- Up to 33 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays - Option to buy additional days.
- Membership of the Local Government contributory pension scheme, employer's contribution of up to 19%.
- Relocation package up to a maximum of £8,000 to cover reimbursement of expenses for newly appointed employees (conditions apply).
