Job Title: Female Support Associate

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Associate to join our team at SeeAbility.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to live independently and participate fully in their communities.

Salary: £13.00 per hour (£25,350 per annum) plus benefits

Working Hours: 7.00 am - 3.00 pm and 2.00 pm - 10.00 pm (Monday to Sunday on a shift rota basis)

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Location: Bicester, Oxfordshire

This role requires the ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the individuals we support.
