SeeAbility Careers is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with individuals who require support, promoting their independence and well-being.

As a Female Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement personalized support plans, stay calm under pressure, and respond effectively to challenging situations.

The successful candidate will be based in Bicester, Oxfordshire, and will work on a shift rota basis, covering 7.00 am - 3.00 pm and 2.00 pm - 10.00 pm shifts (Monday to Sunday).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals with daily living activities, such as personal care and medication management
  • Monitor and report any changes in service user needs or circumstances
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss service user progress and challenges

About the Role:

This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a valid manual UK driving license.

Requirements:

  • Essential criteria include exposure to two of the following areas: behaviours that challenge, autism and learning disabilities, or positive behaviour support
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Working Hours:

Monday to Sunday, 7.00 am - 3.00 pm and 2.00 pm - 10.00 pm shifts

Driving Requirement:

A valid full UK manual driving license is essential for this role.
