Care and Support Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated Care and Support Assistant to join our HC One team. As a key member of our care staff, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
In this rewarding role, you will assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management. You will work closely with our healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans, ensuring our residents receive the best possible care.
