Job Title: Care Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Completely Care. As a key member of our social care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to individuals with varying needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
- Accompanying individuals on walks or outings to promote social interaction and community engagement
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and care plans
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, patience, and empathy. A Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent is preferred but not essential.
