About the Role
We offer competitive pay rates of £14.50 per hour, flexible shift patterns tailored to your availability, and comprehensive induction and ongoing training to support your professional development. As a Day Centre Support Worker, you will be responsible for supporting individuals with their daily routines, ensuring a positive and respectful environment, assisting with meals, medication, and personal care, and encouraging and accompanying individuals on outings or activities, promoting social engagement and independence.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have a passion for improving the lives of others, be able to maintain a high level of dignity and respect when supporting individuals, and be flexible to work a range of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. Previous experience in healthcare or social care is preferred but not required.
