Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Care Assistant to join our team at Launton Grange in Bicester. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social wellbeing.

Salary: £11.50 - £13.50 per hour (dependent on experience)

About the Role: As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing individualised care and support to our residents, assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and ensuring their dignity and comfort are maintained at all times. You will also contribute to creating a positive and engaging atmosphere within the care home, supporting residents' interests and hobbies.

Requirements: We are looking for individuals who share our values of kindness, compassion, and dedication to delivering exceptional care. You should have excellent communication skills, a caring and empathetic approach, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Previous experience in a care setting is desirable but not essential.
